Pacific Hillside Developers specializing in developing of single family residences on hillside and sloped lots in LA County. We are currently working on 5 projects in East Los Angeles area. 

Our vision is to develop modern, high-tech and environmentally friendly homes in trending LA areas. We are currently accepting crowd-funded investments from investors like you. This opportunity in on first-come-first-serve bases. Because each project has funding limitations, and we are not able to accept more funding, after those limitations  are met.  Please contact us for information on open projects.
